When
making an appointment you will usually be asked
your address, phone number and/or date of birth.
This ensures we have entered the correct patient
and also helps to keep your details up to date.
Types of appointments
Standard
Appointment
A
standard appoint is 10 to 15 mins. If you require
longer than 10 to15 mins please ask for a 'long'
appointment which is 20 to 30mins.
Arriving for your appointment:
Always notify reception of your arrival and any
contact details that may have changed.
New Patients
New Patients
are requested to make a 30min (long) appointment
time to allow adequate time to collect history
and perform a medical assessment. Situations in
which this may not be required are for a common
cold in which case a regular appointment time
is sufficient.
If you have
a complex matter or a number of issues to discuss
please ask for a long appointment. You will only
be charged for the time taken for the actual consultation.
If you are unsure how long your appointment may
take, ask the staff for advice.
Travel
and Childhood Vaccinations
To ensure you
are properly informed and assessed for vaccination
you are usually required to arrive at the clinic
earlier to see the nurse prior to your appointment.
Medicals
If you have
your paperwork with you please bring it to your
consultation ensuring you have completed all of
the relevant sections.
Some employment medicals require urine drug testing
which will be performed on the day of your medical.
If you have any concerns please ask your employer.
The forms for Recreational and Commercial Dive
Medicals are available on the website. A recent
chest x ray is required for a commercial dive
medical. Please bring this with you or call reception
to arrange prior to your consultation.

Milton
Clinic is on the first floor of the of the Centro
Milton, which is located near the corner of Baroona
and Milton Roads, Milton. The clinic's entrance
is accessed via the stairs at the centre of the
building (next to the chemist). Parking is available
in the complex with undercover access from Wight
Street off Baroona Road.
